🌅6 A.M. Wake-Up

Over time, waking up at 6 a.m. has become my rhythm. It’s not always easy, but it’s a gift I give myself.

As my partner leaves for work and I prepare our breakfast, the house feels calm and quiet. That first hour becomes my time — no phone, no technology, no distractions. Just presence. A slow start, a cup of tea, and space to set the tone for the day.

I notice I get more done when I rise early, but more importantly, my mind feels lighter, clearer. It’s as if the morning gives me a fresh page to begin with, reminding me that I can choose how I want the rest of the day to unfold.

There’s power in the pause before the noise. And for me, that pause starts at 6 a.m.

How do you make space for yourself in the middle of everyday routines?💭
