This morning, as I sat with a cup of tea in my hands, I found myself smiling at how much comfort lives in the little things.
The warmth of the mug. The quiet of the room. The steam curling slowly into the air. None of it was extraordinary, yet it felt like everything I needed.
I think so often we chase the big milestones — the next achievement, the next destination — that we forget life is also happening in these small, gentle moments.
And maybe that’s the gift: learning to enjoy what’s right here, instead of waiting for “someday.”
So today, I’m holding onto this thought: joy doesn’t have to be loud or grand. Sometimes, it’s just a quiet pause… and a simple cup of tea. 🌿
